Service Description

Each one-hour session is conducted via PHONE and integrates an additional 30 minutes of absentia work (without you on the phone) before or after the call. Choose from 0-60 minutes of targeted energy therapy to suit your schedule, ensuring meaningful progress toward positive change in your life. When you complete your booking form you begin your journey so specify at least ONE GOAL--what you want, and ONE ISSUE- -what you do not want. This helps tailor the session for maximum impact and focus. You can prepare for your session by being well hydrated and undistracted during our call. Expect some shifting to happen and allow yourself the self-care you may need in the process, i.e. rest, soothing music, hydration, healthy snack, etc. To maximize the benefits of this work, I’ve found that clients see the best progress with five sessions spaced out over about eight weeks. Please note that if verbal communication becomes stressful or difficult for you, I may shorten our live calls. Should you need to miss a session or end early, I will finish the work remotely (in absentia). Post-session updates for this "absentia" work are provided on a case-by-case basis.
