Service Description

Each phone session is for 1 hour plus an additional 30 minutes before and after our call where I will work in absentia (without you on the phone), for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes of Energy Therapy. You may choose for your session to be done over the phone or you may arrange for your work to be done entirely in absentia. Please indicate so in your scheduling notes along with your goal. I customize each confidential energy therapy session to work in harmony with your specific session goal. When booking, this is where your session starts so please take the time to be specific in the descriptions of the issue, focus and goal. Note there will be some shifting as a result of our session work, regardless of delivery method so be extra gentle and kind to yourself. Allow yourself to rest, hydrate and nourish yourself as needed even if it’s only for 10 -15 minutes. Sometimes all we need to support ourselves is a healthy snack, water and a little nap. It can be helpful to remind yourself that you are not letting go of anything you actually need. Read my Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies carefully. Sessions are non-refundable.
