If you’re new to my site let me start by proclaiming that I love helping others learn to grow and heal from within along this sometimes messy journey we call life. ​

I have a decade of energy therapy experience, education and many years of additional training. I provide Christian compatible principles and techniques for self-improvement and personal growth. I bring not only what I have learned but also what I am continuing to develop and learn, for my client’s benefit as well. I incorporate natural approaches and tools with divine Holy Spirit led guidance, in recognizing and overcoming the low down and negative “stuff” that can make life feel really hard.

Music is one of those fabulous tools I like to employ regularly. I have discovered that:

when we are in harmony we can heal from within.
